Vatican says, “Capitalism is a sin, communism is OK”
The Vatican says that Capitalism is a sin, is a sin to have much wealth and is a sin if you are successful and lazy people are poor.
Communism instead is OK, and is not a sin according to the Vatican.
TABACCO: I don’t know whether the quotee was inexact or the quoter took it out of context, but corrections must be made! I elect myself to do the deed!
To say that, “lazy people are poor” implies that “poor people are necessarily lazy” – that is both illogical and false!
Nor is it either LOGICAL or TRUE that “industrious people are rich” or “rich people are necessarily industrious”!
Furthermore, Communism is NOT a monolithic concept. SOCIALISM is OK! So is CUBAN COMMUNISM! However Russian Communism was NOT OK, nor is Chinese Communism OK, which was formerly Socialistic Communism and is now Capitalistic Communism – Chinese Communists are the same regardless of the Economic System deployed. These are the same TYRANTS OF 1989 TIANANMEN SQUARE REPUTE!
As I sometimes must, I have impugned my own Source because nobody (except perhaps Tabacco) is correct all the time. I hope this clarifies the situation for you.
March 10 (Bloomberg) — The Vatican has put together a list of seven “social” sins that includes excessive wealth, drug abuse, littering, genetic tampering and creating poverty.
Echoing the concept of the seven cardinal vices — set to paper by Pope Gregory I in the sixth century — the new list adds a social dimension, Bishop Gianfranco Girotti, head of the Apostolic Penitentiary, said in an interview yesterday with the Vatican’s official newspaper l’Osservatore Romano.
“You offend God not only by stealing, taking the Lord’s name in vain or coveting your neighbor’s wife, but also by wrecking the environment, carrying out morally debatable experiments that manipulate DNA or harm embryos,” said Girotti, who is responsible for the body that oversees confessions.
Pope Benedict XVI has spoken out on social issues throughout his three-year papacy. He backs a current political initiative to outlaw abortions after 90 days and encouraged Catholics to abstain from a 2005 referendum on easing restrictive laws on fertility treatments, which failed to achieve the 50 percent participation level to make the vote to change the law binding.
TABACCO: As I said previously, “Nobody’s perfect” – not even Popes!
The seven social sins are:
1. ‘Bioethical’ violations such as birth control
2. “Morally dubious” experiments such as stem cell research
3. Drug abuse
4. Polluting the environment
5. Contributing to widening divide between rich and poor
6. Excessive wealth
7. Creating poverty

WE THE PEOPLE ON
THE RYAN BUDGET
Tabacco does not want to dwell on the Ryan Budget or give it too much publicity. If you seek its details, Google it yourself! But if you do, keep in mind that Paul Ryan is a REPUBLICAN!
ONE FINAL THOUGHT
Lest ye forget!
Tabacco: I consider myself both a funnel and a filter. I funnel information, not readily available on the Mass Media, which is ignored and/or suppressed. I filter out the irrelevancies and trivialities to save both the time and effort of my Readers and bring consternation to the enemies of Truth & Fairness! When you read Tabacco, if you don’t learn something NEW, I’ve wasted your time.
Tabacco is not a blogger, who thinks; I am a Thinker, who blogs. Speaking Truth to Power!
In 1981′s ‘Body Heat’, Kathleen Turner said, “Knowledge is power”.
